God Loves You!
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
God Has a Plan for You!
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. John 10:10
God wants to be a major part of our lives, He has a wonderful plan for us, but we don’t get to experience this b/c man is sinful.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23
The wages of this sin is death (Romans 6:23) and we are destined to spend an eternity in hell.
God’s Gift
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
Jesus died so that we can spend eternity with God in Heaven and he is the only way. In John 14:6 Jesus says:
I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
We have to accept this gift from God, it’s not just given to a chosen few.
Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Revelation 3:20
If you want to accept this free gift from God, and you believe by faith with all your being that Christ died for you then pray this prayer:
I need you Lord Jesus, my life is empty and doomed without you. I know you died on the cross for me and I thank you for taking my place. I want to receive you in my life as my Savior. Thank you for giving me a second chance and forgiving me of all my sins.
